We have been to this urgent care office multiple times. They are efficient - love the online check in! - and effective! So thankful they are here!

Highway robbery. . I go to the doctors under extreme conditions, not walking due to excruciating hip pain for a week falls under that. I go in and get an x-ray that a PA looks at for 5 mins and apparently there is nothing wrong with me. So in 30 short mins these people billed me 557 dollars. HA. Going for a second opinion now.

I give the intake people a zero. I've been here a few times now, and the intake people were rude and impatient. It's not the patient's fault if your IT system is bad or cumbersome. I told the intake person that I could think of a funny meme right now, "patient lays dying while insurance and personal information is entered". If I've already been there before, it should not be difficult to process in someone. The intake took longer than the appointment and x-rays combined. Staff on the clinic side were very good. That is the only reason for the two stars - offsetting the 0 stars.

Don't waste your time. Your better off going to another urgent care or Anchorage
