They provide a lot of different services and help you with the payments and the process. They can be disorganized and you rarely see the same person at the front or as a doctor more then twice.

Please go to Providence if you want good mental health care and be treated with respect! Matsu does have a cab service aka skill worker's LOL

I just received a bill from them for an office visit that took place over a year ago. This is the first invoice I've received -- why is it taking them a year to do their billing? And even though they've had a year to take care of this, they did not submit the claim to my health insurance so I'm going to have to do it for them. And they don't put their phone number on their invoice. Their address is on the invoice -- twice -- so you know where to send the money. But you have to look up their phone number if you want to call them. This is the kind of crap that makes me hate health care providers. I'll be going anywhere but here in the future.

Recommendations: go to Providence behave health. They also charge your insurance an extra $80 without telling you, for their garbage teleconference meetings with providers! Not professional at ALL. Will cut you off all meds because they drag their feet to fill them no matter how dangerous it is to do so. Owing them money for absolutely nothing is despicable. Won't be returning.
