Worst experience ever, they are not even professional. Felt like fool after spending more than 100 bucks for 10 mins Microderm infusion. New Britain ME branch is much better, never coming back in this branch!

I quit here after working for only one month. The therapists and the massages are great, the issues are with the behind the scenes and clear lack of customer service. Many appointments are mis-scheduled due to poor training, the phone will go unanswered often (about half the staff is training and not allowed to answer the phone), and messages go unreturned. Many people do not receive enhancements that were booked due to incorrect booking and lack of communication between the desk and the therapists. The work environment is even worse than the customer service. It screams "high school gossip" and they would rather discipline people based off ones like ability than based off actual work performance or customer satisfaction. After I quit management proceeded to tell people I was fired. They then fired my coworker who was an excellent worker. Management had actually specifically reached out to her and rehired her because she was so fantastic at her job and then they fired her based off attitude although she had zero customer complaints and was always friendly to all he coworkers. What lead me to quit was being sent home after writing on a write up for behavior/poor demeanor (something I have never been written up for in my entire life). I wrote on the write up because I had to sign it, there was no comment section for me to write my side or defend myself in any way and I know better than to sign something I find false and to which I disagree. After writing on the write up, I was then told to wait outside the office for them to write another one for me to sign. Two seconds later I was called back in and told "We don't like your attitude we're sending you home for the day." I have also never been sent home from a job in my entire life. The next day they proceeded to send me home again so I quit and left. After learning about my coworker being fired I emailed the owner to try set up a meeting and talk about my concerns. That was two days ago and I still have not gained a response. I am more than disappointed because I actually loved the position I had a knack for it with the numbers to back that statement up, I was relatively advanced for only one month with the company. This branch does not accurately represent the values of this company as a whole and I truly hope something is done about it; "we help you help you" is such a beautiful motto...but how can an establishment with poor customer service, poor management skills, and a total lack of professionalism help anyone? The brand as a whole is great and still seems like a good franchise to work with, however I would never ever recommend West Hartford to anyone for anything.

Management is rude. Specifically manager Martha. She lacks supervisory skills belittles employees and doesnt have common courtesy. Needs to be retrained to handle employees better and to delegate work to employees and make sure they are trained properly. Sad to say I know someone she let go for having an attitude while others seem to have appreciated this employee. Everyone is entitled to have a bad day as she has had many herself. Would never recommend this establishment to anyone as long as she is employed there.

Beware before signing any contracts. They act all nice in the beginning , but my biggest mistake was not reading between the lines. They take out 70$ a month from my checking account. Not only am I unable to cancel but they told me I can't even have my mother come in to use a session of mine. BEFORE I signed the contract, I specifically asked if my mom or someone else could use one of my massages...and they said YES, as long as they pay a 10$ transfer fee. Fast forward 6 months and Christmas is now around the corner. I wanted to give my mom a massage for Christmas since I'm paying so much every month anyways. However, to my shock and surprise, I was told I can't gift a massage to my mom because I am only allowed to do it ONCE every six months. Nobody ever told me that. In fact, i was led to believe just the opposite. Just one of the many rules and restrictions they did not inform me about. I have been learning as I go and that's not good business. I don't like how they suck you in at first and then say "tough luck" in the end. Customer service and satisfaction should be number one, not contracts and money hungry corporations. The manager is actually nice, so I'm hoping to reason with her and/or find a way to cancel my membership all together.

I love to get massages. massage envy has certified nice professional masseuses. However the customer service is why I can't give 5 stars. If it wasn't for the contract I signed I would not do business with this branch, solely because of the fact that when I call they do not pick up the phone and do not Return my voicemails. The last two appointments I've made I have had to drive to the branch and talk to someone there in order to make an appointment. That is an inconvenience to me
