Kristin was hands down (pun semi-intended) gave an amazing massage experience. I tend to be very self-conscious and am inexperienced with this service but Kristin put me right at ease. I had a great time and would recommend her to anyone.

I went here with a shoulder injury that's been nagging me forever. Kristin Harpie was recommended to me by many people in town. I got an hour massage with her. It was very deliberate in the sense she was trying to relieve my pain. That was yesterday. Today I feel amazing. Kristin followed up with me and gave me advice on icing. I am going back to her this week again for her to continue to relieve the pain. I should also mention that the spa is beautiful and she is extremely professional.

Had really bad shoulder pain from trying to play sports in a way that I probably shouldn't. Kristin did a deep-tissue massage and has really done wonders on some persistent muscular pain I've had for months now... really amazing work!

Anita is the sweetest most talented professional! From the warm and welcoming environment to the fabulous treatments, I'm hooked!!! Definitely the best spa in West Hartford!!! Hands down the ONLY place I will go for spa treatments.
