A Moment Away Spa is a beautiful locally owned spa in Southington and Plainville, CT. I have been to both locations and I'm always very impressed every time I go. I suffer from migraines and I tried cupping for the first time and it has helped tremendously with my headaches! I've never had a bad experience. If you're looking for a spa this is the place to go! I definitely recommend giving them a try!

If you are coming for a one-time only massage this is a great place... however the management is unable to offer memberships at this time, which is unfortunate to those of us that are looking to come more frequently. I will be looking elsewhere.
