Horrible!!!  Horrible!!!!  I tried to call and make a payment and got bounced around from the answering service who told me they don't service Marysville Self Storage, then to the Port Huron location who laughs at the fact I spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to pay my rent 3 days earlier AND charged me a fee for not paying on time... even though I couldn't because answering service told me they don't service that location.  Tried to appeal the fee to the District Manager and was left a very curt message stating I was late and should have paid on time and I wouldn't have had the issue.  Customer service is definitely not the number 1 focus here.  Leaving and never coming back.

The location is off the main road and set back in. It feels very safe and secure. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great experience - highly recommend!

The storage here is very convenient. The facility itself is clean and the staff is friendly. If you are looking for a good, safe storage facility I recommend this.
