I normally have the fee deducted from my account but I lost my card so I called on the 16th to let them know I will be bringing in the payment but when I called to pay the balance it went up to 105 to 137 to 350 in DAYS. Why not INFORM me when I called on the 16th??? Call corporate just for the nonchalant, confused, and unapologetic General manager Brain (Who seems as if this were his 1st day) to tell me there is no corporate and offer absolutely NO HELP NO EXPLANATION NO NOTHING. They will no longer receive business from me.

Staff is always nice and friendly. Never had a bad experience here. Tricky street to turn on, but clean facility, fair prices!

This place is a pain to get in and out of. The door is always damaged and repairs take forever. Plus, the facility bathroom is disgusting.

My daughter slipped & fell. They didn't care!! They said she did it herself. They were Hesitant to fill out an Accident Report. They still haven't returned our calls. My daughter badly Sprained her Right ankle. Went to Dr, had X-Ray's. She lost out on work for 1 month. They Don't Believe she fell by Accident,!!!

Very friendly staff. Great security. Clean environment. What more could you want? Well, maybe one thing. One more flat cart to wheel stuff in and out on during busy times. Other than that it is still 5 Stars.
