When the office is often closed during business hours i asked manger "are you an owner now?" To which she replied "i may as well be!" However when asked why can't you take my credit card for overdue and current rent it was more like "because that's the rules they made" and when asking why the automatic gate is regularly broken and will not open or sometimes not close?" I was asked to leave the office.

I called the yeager st location and had know idea I was located to the Marysville location. The lady I spoke with could only give me 24hrs stated only a rep called me than I could pick-up the uhaul I never got a call from a rep i called to see if the truck was ready she said after 12pm than 1pm it was after 3pm and i still never got a call and was told sometimes they don't call but I still need to be back at 12 pm the next day i ask what about the two hrs i waited for a call? No! They don't go 24 hrs from the time u pick it up I still need it back by noon so the next person can have it but i paid for 24 and was told to wait for them to call me that the truck was ready

Filled a 10x20x10 unit from a cross-country move, and took 1.5 24ft. uhaul loads to move the contents to the house. The location is convenient, but office hours are a bit too sparse.

I went into today to get some boxes and the lady that was working was so friendly and very welcoming. She also was working at Fort Gratiot Uhaul a few months back. When I needed a truck to help me move and she helped me step it up bc my phone wouldn’t work. Her name was Catherine, I was already stressed out and she helped make the move so much easier.

They are great! I pay for my unit every month by autopay! It's perfect and I haven't had any problems with anyone or anything.

Kept our account paid so no issues with them. Easy access to our unit. Never had a problem. We gave notice a month ahead that we would be out and after we vacated they promptly sent me an invoice that we were free and clear. I would use them again if the need arose.

Raised prices. No lighting in units. I changed bulbs 3 times, no power. Gate was wide open for almost 2 months before fixed. Horrible office hours. I moved everything out. Would not recommend.

The storage here is very convenient. The facility itself is clean and the staff is friendly. If you are looking for a good, safe storage facility I recommend this.

Read the reviews. They are scammers. 2 months In a row they claimed they did not receive my check from online bill pay even though the bank showed it was there both times. Then they charge a late fee and mail my checks back stating they do not accept partial payments and charge a second late fee on top of that. The staff is then rude on the phone to boot and refuse to let me talk to a manager. Total scam. Beware. And the facility is trashed too it’s not even worth it.

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!!! I wish I could give this place negative stars! The units leak and you get ticks all over you in the summer months when you go to your storage unit. The gate is all rusty and I am surprised it even works. I am also surprised there aren't more break ins, as the facility looks abandoned, the grass is all grown up and way off of the road. They definitely don't put any maintenance into this facility. The customer service here is also horrible! Katie, the manager, is very rude. The district manager also is rude and unhelpful. They allow their employees to lie and back them up. They are pure thieves here! They also rent Uhauls, go somewhere else for that as well as they overcharge you. Do yourself a favor and use another clean reputable storage facility in the area.
