Wait times are absolutely ridiculous. The doctors are nice but the front desk staff seriously lack communication and customer service skills. I understand that as a walk-in I have to wait but to be told for 3 hours straight that I have 4 patients ahead of me is completely ridiculous. How is it that the waiting room empties out within the 3-4 hours, new patients show up, and yet I supposedly have the same 4 "appointment" patients ahead of me? I can be patient and understand that Covid has affected wait times or that a doctor shows up late but it's very frustrating when the front desk staff can't provide basic customer service on top of all that.

0 out of 5 star. Wait time is ridiculous even with a booked appointment you are waiting atleast an hour for your scheduled appointment. When asked how many people are ahead of me I am told 1 person but then 6 other people who just came in go in before my scheduled appointment. Receptionists do not provide any information regarding referrals being sent. The doctor will call you regarding that information and days pass by and nothing. Regarding bloodwork results no one calls you to tell you the results are in and they lie and say they called but there are no messages left regarding that the doctor wants to discuss results. Also with caller ID there is no calls from this clinic.

Not a really good place to visit . First of all the front dest workers are really arrogant and don,t know how to speak with patient , they if u call them to book an appointment or for othe inquiries they seems rude to patient and when you will ask them why you are behaving like that , then they said don’t not spoil our morning , seriously . No doubt doctors are really nice with great experience in their profession. But needs to take care of front dest of this clinic. 1

We are sick from few days but today was very worst.My husband was working I called him to find any doctor.Then he call walking clinic.They said you can come before 5:pm.We reached 4:35 then the Punjabi Girl said to my husband we are very busy. Come tomorrow.I am suffering with breathing.What the make sense to come tomorrow.I didn’t know her name otherwise I mention.She doesn’t has any skill of talking.She was very rude.Don’t go there find someone good.we came back. Non sense staff.

Dr.sunder and Dr.rai is very nice and knowledgeable. But the thing is when u call fir oppointment they said there is no oppointment for two weeks. Where we go. Family Dr. Mean u get the oppointment within week . In my life 12 year in Canada I saw this no oppontment for 2 weeks. Why they not book their patient first.why they book other Dr. Patient in there list.

Stats they are a walk- in clinic but refused to see me and my children because we have a family dr. I tried to explain our dr is only in one day a week but was still refused. Very sad. I wouldn't call it a walk-in if it's not open to anyone who walks in.

I am visiting this clinic from last 3 years. Dr Ahmed is one of the best doctors he has outstanding knowledge about his work. As well as he always gives the best advice. Whenever we are worried about any health related issue he always listen us patiently and gave us best treatment. His work is really appreciable as well as he is a good human being. Sometimes we the wait time is bit longer but it’s completely worth when you are receiving this much good treatment.

The overall experience is traumatizing!. There were two receptionists there this morning. One of them being very kind and respectful meanwhile the other one was so rude and ignorant to all the patients that came. She looked new because we haven't seen her there before. We should have asked for her name but in the heat of the moment we didn't. She was so unprofessional and was very egoistic and kept asking in an inpolite way. One of the patients who came after us was fed up with the receptionist that he got mad and left. If this clinic wants to suceed and thrive they should be more respectful and welcoming to their patients.

My experience was very bad. The receptionist told me that if I wanted to meet doctor shazia, I would have to come back at 2, but I would need to wait. I went there at 2, the doctor was not there and she came at 2:45. I waited from 2:00 - 4:30, When I told the receptionist to remove my name, and that I was leaving, she told me to come back in 1 hour. My experience was not the best at this clinic

Waiting time is so long. There is no point of appointment. Even you have the appointment you have to wait for an hour or may be more. Just to get your blood work results, you have to get a day off. Very disappointing!
