Great park with one of the biggest yards for RVs with a shed for storage. The landlord Real has been awesome with helping us get settled here. He also connected us with ID shield and legal shield to help us further protect our identity and family with any future endeavors.
So I was really excited to go and look at one of their rentals. There. Got even more excited when I did my walkthrough and towards the facilities there. Then started talking to the gentleman who owns the rental and was basically told that I needed to be an employee of his selling safe insurance for identity protection and needed to be a retail seller of the services in order to even be qualified or chosen for a potential tenant. Me personally, I think that's completely unprofessional
Hi I'm Johnny B. from the Nisqually Valley area. Claudias Mobile Park & Estates is such a great place to live. I lived there for years. I just love their renting process. Fast efficient and the owners are so hands on. They even live in the park. One of the best things about them is how they do there background checks. Claudia's is such a safe place to live in a country setting near I-5 I highly recommend Claudia's! They are affordable housing in turbulent times...
There are only great things to say about Claudia's Mobile Park Estates. It is located minutes away from I5 and about 5-10 minutes from main shopping centers. Not to mention, Schilter Family Farm is right around the corner which is a treat when it comes to fall and winter festivities. The neighborhood is safe which was a big deal for me and the grounds are always kept clean. Another bonus is the amazingly large Clubhouse that is provided for all residents to use. There are washers/dryers, a full size kitchen, workout room, ping-pong tables and just so much space for parties and get togethers. There is so much to offer and it is always kept so clean. In addition to the great location, the people here are very friendly. We have great neighbors and you will see Real around frequently making sure the vicinity is well kept. He has been great to us and he does educate us about Legal Shield which we may get in the future. He is truly passionate about it and wants the best for everyone. We really appreciate him so much! Overall, the area is truly remarkable! We love living here and would recommend this place to all prospective tenants!
Property owner Real tried to force me to sign up for “Legal Shield” in order to apply for a rental here. Very sketchy. Very manipulative salesman type. I recommend avoiding this place. He seems to be using it to force people into becoming customers of this “Legal Shield” business.
Our time spent here has been great. The park is well kept and the neighbors have been so kind. Real Lebuff was a very helpful and understanding landlord. He helped me with my lawn and taking a dump run to the dump when we needed it. Real also introduced us to LegalShield. It has been great resource that has been used to help ensure that our family is properly protected in any legal endeavor we undertake.
Must make 3 times the rent most people go in this lifestyle because of that reason but if your looking to stay here know it’s gonna take like 6 grand a month just to get in

Claudia's rv park is the best place to live I love it here. The owner Real is a great guy the first week I was there I had an issue with my RV because I still new at RV living and he came right over to help. I really am grateful to be living here.
The park is well maintained, and the grounds look nicer than when I lived here a few years back. The cost is very reasonable compared to other parks in the area. There is a mix of RVs and mobile homes. It is quiet. There is a nice clubhouse with a laundry facility as well as an additional laundry facility at the other end of the park. The owner helped me sign up with Legal Shield as an associate, and in the first month I earned almost enough to pay my rent! He really works for his down line. Also, Legal Shield provided a background check in the cost of becoming an associate. This was a fast way to get the Park required background check. This was important since we needed a place to park our travel trailer immediately. Everyone is safer knowing every adult resident had to pass a background check. Overall, this is a very pleasant place to live. I recommend it. By the way, if you work at Ft. Lewis the park is about three miles from the back gate. In the world of traffic congestion today that would be wonderful!
