Love, love, love the iShine portal as a communication tool for all of your families doctors/specialists. Much better than waiting to get a call back or waiting on hold. Very convenient and highly recommended. Extremely user-friendly. Also, love Arenson and her nurse, Sue, in Neurology. Appointments are always on time, they go above and beyond to explain things, and they actually listen (not just hear) your comments and concerns.

Dr. Kerry Derbach in podiatry is so caring, understanding and helpful. Clinic overall appointment scheduling, returning phone calls, and helpfulness is very great and I would recommend this location.

I have had Ulcerative Colitis for over 6 years and just switched to Marshfield Clinic. They want me to come every 3 months!!! My previous Dr in Madison only made me go every year for a check up. This is a scam! All they want to do is drain me of all my money, it's almost $1000 every time I go! Who can afford this?! Screw you Marshfield Clinic!!!

I was very happy with the service I recieved at this facility. What I was extremely unhappy with was the fact that they recently changed this facility to a URGENT CARE facility instead of a Walk In facility. What differenct does that make? Oh - about $200 difference. Because they bill as an Urgent Care now, my insurance did not cover the visit as an office visit and did not pay the claim, but rather applied it to my deductible. So, I was expecting a $30 office co-pay and am instead stuck with the entire bill. When I tried to work this out with customer service, they explained that they recently did this and they would not change the billing. I explained that the only reason I went here is because it has always been known as a walk in clinic. Otherwise I would have made an appointment to see my regular doctor. I think I need to rethink my medical choices in the Wausau area!
