Have gone there for many years. My kids also went there. It's very comfortable, not crowded, and childrens play area separate in the waiting room. I've never waited long, usually only a few minutes for my appointments. They do labs on sight and are also very quick. Terri draws blood so awesome, I barely bruse, and I bruse easily. Everyone I've come across there is always friendly and helpful.
A great team of medical professionals taking care of my health needs and keeping me in excellent health. Thank you so very much to everyone at Aspirus Krononwetter Clinic for caring about me.
My concerns were listened to and addressed. I received written instructions regarding the plan and when to follow up. Very pleased with care.
No issue with doctors, but some of the nurses there are super dumb and irritating. When leaving a message for them to get back to you and when you re explain your situation you either get I don't know I don't know or let me talk to the doctor and sometimes they never call back until you call and say something. Also love that I get told that I'll hear back and when I do get a call back being told that they told me to come in to the office to be seen and said I refused which was a huge lie so them falsely recording things in their notes is another thing too.
This is the only aspirus source I and my family will go to. Because we trust the doctors here at this clinic. They are very helpful. Educated. and always have a positive attitude. Very professional highly recommend.
