So very disappointed and sad with my recent experience at Prehn Dental. I've been a loyal patient since I was a child but apparently they could care less. When I called to question a charge on my bill, I was met with a complete lack of kindness. I was interrupted, talked over, and told multiple times that I was wrong. After 15+ years, I will now be going elsewhere.
