Marshall Plumbing fully exceeded my expectations. When I called, Amanda gave me a clear timeline for Matt the plumber to arrive, and he was both accommodating of my work schedule and arrived well within the quoted window. I was presented with a few options to fix my problem with the pros and cons of each explained and I never felt pressured into a choice, which as a female homeowner, is often not the case. My shower was fixed within 4 hours and that is from service call placed to Matt leaving with the work completed during a snowstorm nonetheless!. I was so impressed with Marshall Plumbing’s service that I asked Matt to quote me on some maintenance work that I have planned. I will both use Marshall Pluming again, and refer to others. Thank-you for the amazing service!

Marshall's Gas Fitter Matthew called to take out our old gas stove and replace it with the new one. Came on time, was very efficent, installed, levelled and made sure the new unit worked. He then arranged for collection of our old stove. Very happy with the service.

I had an issue with my toilet running then not refilling. While waiting for Marshall Plumbing tech to show up I had a friend send over a different company who: took my tank off, took it away from my house called me back and said,' you need to buy a whole new toilet and we'll have to concrete cut the rock out the base of your floor for the new toilet to sit, and don't buy a cheap toilet they will just break down on you'- I asked him to bring my tank and the rest back to home and was charged for him to do this. THANKFULLY your tech showed up calm and cool and said,' yah, you don't need to buy a new toilet, i'll just have someone run up the seal we need to fit this and it will done in no time'. Your employee was professional, kind and fixed my toilet issue quickly. Clearly you are a team of competent employees with integrity and I fully appreciate your experience-thank you again! I will definitely keep your number should I run into issues in future-thank you! :

Marshalls repair on my toilet was not 100%, it still runs. I spent 300 the first time and 6 months later they want 400 to replace my toilet, 700 dollars in half a year? I recommend u phone someone else

We had a catastrophic water main break at the crack of dawn and they walked us through the shut-off procedure on the phone. A plumber arrived soon after, diagnosed the problem, and restored our water supply. They made a distressing situation go as smoothly as possible!

Needed toilet removed immediately and re-installed a few hours later to get bathroom flooring done. They were able to help me with very little notice and Patrick was courteous and great!

The team at Marshall Plumbing was great to work with during our furnace and hot water tank removal & replacement. We received excellent service from everyone at Marshall Plumbing: Amanda at the office cheerfully answered our calls and emails, owner Terry and Silus sp? did quick and professional work during installation, and, most of all, Nick who lead us through the entire project from our first meeting to discuss heating options, to checking and re-checking the system once it was installed to ensure we were fully satisfied as customers!

Absolutely horrible. The owner is a scammer and his plumbers are inexperienced hacks. Absolutely dreadful experience and I would never recommend them to anyone.
