Terrible place, I wish I could give 0 star. The receptionist is unprofessional, rude and doesn’t understand English properly. She refused to book me an appointment 48 hours before the day I wanted to go in, which is how much time they require to schedule. She said the reason was because I cancelled 2 appointments in the past which makes no sense since everyone has emergencies in life and my most recent appointment was completely separate. She was rushing me off the phone and kept giving me an attitude for no reason, then when I told her that I was going to make a complaint about her she kept saying “oh ya go ahead”. The doctor was rude as well and has terrible customer service skills! He was very dismissive of me and didn't even listen to what I had to say about my bad experiences with his receptionist. He was standing up and started yelling, then he smacked the table hard in front of me and said I wasn't welcome anymore for no valid reason. Terrible service and he is a very unethical doctor as well. He’s very entitled and thinks he’s more powerful than anyone especially the police and it's honestly sickening that I ever put my trust into this place. It also makes sense why he doesn't care if you make complaints about his workers, because he has the same terrible attitude so the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I’ll be taking further actions to report this place because no professional doctor should be acting aggressively like this towards any patients. Save yourself the stress and please choose a genuine doctor that actually cares about his patients and stands up for what is right.
What a wonderful experience !! The receptionist was so lovely as on the phone as in person. She promptly set me up and made me feel comfortable with my examination. Unlike my typical walk in clinic experiences, I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Saber did not rush me out of the room with pills in under 90 seconds. He took the time to ask questions, examine and schedule tests. I highly recommend this place ! It’s also super clean and beautidul
Recently changed my prior family doctor to Dr. Nwolu and I have only had an amazing experience with her since then. She is a compassionate doctor who genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients. I’ve felt very comfortable with her and she is extremely thorough with her assessments, and answers all my concerns with reassurance. She is a great listener and you can tell she really has a talent for the medical profession. Dr. Nwolu is an amazing doctor and I’m very grateful to be a patient of hers. Would highly recommend this clinic!
The clinic is neat and clean, with warm reception. Appointments are conducted on time as scheduled. The doctor is very friendly, and during the treatment, the doctor and the assistant work together seamlessly. The doctor is skilled and professional. It's a very good clinic.
Just went to this clinic today for the first time due to an urgent stomach pain. Was able to see a doctor later I learned from my prescription that this doctor’s name is Dr. Malouka quickly and everything went smooth and pleasant. The clinic looks new and tidy, rooms are clean and organized.
