My experience with Dr. Charles Lynde, since 2018, has always been exemplary. He and his 6-8 member team of Doctors have treated me with respect and professionalism every time I've been to his practice. It is true that the waiting room is always busy and confusing. His administration staff are sometimes overwhelmed by the demands of all these patients. But they act professionally. This is also a family business.nDr. Lynde's wife is the managing administrative director, and his daughter is a physician here. The services provided here are absolutely amazing! The fair way they treat all people is an indication of their humanity.nBe prepared to wait 15-45 minutes past your appointment time, it's inevitable with the large volume of Doctors treating so many patients. My only complaint is the hours that their appointment setting department takes phone calls, it's limited to 11am.nBut overall this is a great place to get help...!!
Zero stars. Had a 2pm appt with Dr C Lynde. After I waited 40 minutes the girl beside me stopped the nurse to say she had a 1:30 appt with Dr C Lynde and was wondering how much longer the wait would be. She was told about an hour. Over a 2 hr wait for a scheduled appt! They didn't even say anything when I checked in! How about a phone call or mention at registration?! I cancelled and walked out. The receptionist didn't even seem surprised, asked if I wanted to reschedule LOL. AVOID THIS PLACE!!
My Dr. is Charles Lynde .nnI had a very positive experience with Dr. Lynde’s office. The reception staff were extremely helpful, super friendly, and welcoming, always smiling and supportive.nnMy wait time was minimal—I was seen by the doctor in under 15 minutes.nnDr. Lynde was very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain my symptoms and the prescribed medication. He remained calm throughout the appointment, listened carefully, and never made me feel rushed. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and ensured I fully understood everything before I left.nnOverall, a very professional and reassuring experience.
I saw Dr. Charles Lynde and he was absolutely amazing. He made me feel so comfortable during my procedure, explained everything clearly, and the whole process was fast, easy, and stress-free. It was honestly such a great experience.nnI would 100% recommend this clinic. It’s disappointing to see negative reviews based only on wait times, because almost every doctor’s office these days has some sort of wait. That shouldn’t reflect on the quality of care or the doctors themselves.nnDr. Charles Lynde is incredible and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dermatologist who is professional, kind, and truly knows what he’s doing.
First time at the clinic today and I was taken in right away which I wasn’t expecting after reading all of the negative reviews about wait times.nnDr Charles Lynde was wonderful! Friendly, light, funny and approachable - answered all of my questions and was professional and quick. I didn’t feel a thing when he had to do a biopsy and extraction of a cancerous spot. Will definitely return if needed in the future. Very helpful and would recommend.
