Extremely full clinic, scheduled appointment but always running late, not to say hours late.nPaid over 300 dollars to have skin tags removed, which is a fixed price, doesn’t vary based on number of skin tags removed. Doctor rushed to get the service done and of course, over a month later I realize I still have many skin tags that were missed. Incomplete service.nAsked if I needed to pay again to complete the service and of course we know the answer to that question.nThat’s what happens when you don’t read the reviews before scheduling an appointment.nRed flags majority of the reviews are negative and I hope this review can help future patients look for better providers.nAnd to the Lynde clinic, please consider improving your services.
If you are coming here as a patient expect to ask questions and figures things out yourself with the admin staff. Incorrect or vague directions with a dose of passive-aggressive as a reminder of the favour they are doing in performing a simple aspect of their work.nnDr. Kraft was friendly and informed on current knowledge on the issue and treatments.nnEdit: No respect for the patients time. They do not communicate when services are down or closed. Some patients come from an hour away. Lowering this rating to 1, would be zero if I could. I doubt management even cares to address these issues.
Abysmal, incompetent, and rude receptionist. With “professionalism” like theirs it doesn’t matter if the dermatologist is competent or nice. Booking an appointment with them is a harrowing experience of back and forth since they never pick up their phones or confirm things properly on their end. They also cause this back and forth wasted time because of their incompetence in giving the wrong information via emails and voicemails. Easily said, AVOID this place, because the other reviews are true with the mishandling and rude reception. I mean unless you are willing to tolerate their lack of services in handling the most basic tasks like information processing and appointment bookings. And yeah you will not find me using my real name because I would not be surprised that your nasty receptionist would black list me.
I've been to this clinic twice - I saw Dr. Charles Lynde the first time, and Dr. Carrie Lynde the second time. Both doctors are very kind and personable. They took the time to listen to my concerns and didn't make me feel like I was being silly or wasting their time, which I appreciated. I was seen within 20 minutes of my scheduled appointment time each time, which I think is reasonable.
My experience personally with Dr.Naidoo has been wonderful however everything else has been an absolute NIGHTMARE.nnWorst waiting times - you are “scheduled” for 10:00am but are not seen until 12:00pm - in a packed waiting room.nnI have been trying to schedule a follow up as it’s my first 3 months on my acne oral medication and it took 20 days with multiple emails and voice messages. Their phone system is absurd. After leaving a message ONLY between 7-9am. If you call any other time after that, too bad. Call back next day only in that window. After the 20 day wait I FINALLY am told they can only continue my medication 7 weeks away. So my progress with my skin will decline as I I tried to reach out with a month supply left but took nearly a MONTH for ANY CORRESPONDENCE….Now on my last pill - and an appointment 7 weeks out. They also strongly word at the end of emails “we do NOT have a cancellation list”.nnIf you like experiences like this then I’d recommend, if you’re looking for more compassionate care this clinic needs improving.
