Maritime Farms

I've been going to this Maritime for 2 years now as I live right down the street. It used to be a great place, but for some reason the place has lost its value. Today when I walked into the store, the breakfast sandwiches were cold and had obviously been sitting there for quite some time, the coffee hadn't even been made yet and it was close to 7:30 in the morning. I was not surprised as the last few times I have been here I didn't even bother to buy anything for breakfast. There were a few times my husband went in and asked them to make a breakfast sandwich fresh for me, and the girl behind the grill gave him some serious attitude over it. She made it feel like we were such an inconvenience for her, and that joking around with her coworker was more important than doing her job. Im a mother of 2 little ones, I dont always have time to make myself breakfast, so I was incredibly appalled by the way my husband was treated when he tried to do something nice for me, as the sandwiches there never seem to be fresh. The assistant manager is always grouchy, can never put a smile on her face, or show any emotion whatsoever. She has no problem treating people she doesn't know like we're insignificant and inferior, but the moment someone she knows walks in, she's all smiles and talks to them in a friendly manner, but completely dismisses and ignores everyone else. Don't bother trying to make pleasant conversation with her, as she will just stare at you like you're crossing the line just talking to her. The employees here are rude, lazy and disrespectful to customers. Even though this business is in a convenient spot for where I live, I have decided to take my business elsewhere as it seems Dunkin Donuts and Southend Grocery appreciate my business a lot more than Maritime does. P.S. I don't wish to imply that all employees here are terrible, there are a few good ones who are nice and pleasant to talk to. I guess I feel this business isn't being run as well as it could be.

I get gas here when I am in town the people who work there are friendly and professional.
