Mario Tricoci Hair Salon & Day Spas

I've been searching for a hair stylist and color professional for quite some time that will actually listen to what I want. Lacy did an amazing job on my color and Anna Marie cut my hair perfectly. Was EXACTLY what I wanted. Very reasonably priced. The salon was very professional, friendly staff and I truly enjoyed this experienced. I will be a return costumer for sure.

Hit or miss quality in the few years I have gone here, but this last visit is a major and probably final miss. I waited a few days to see if my hair would settle in after receiving good color, but a micro bang debacle. It actually got worse because the rest of the cut is also not good. I broke down and called to see if it can be made better somehow. I tried to be nice about the not cheap haircut that looks like my granddaughter did it. Wanted to know if they have anyone who specializes in repairs. I realize there is no fixing the micro bangs, but the random chunks and abrupt drop from 1/4 and 1/2 inch bangs to chin length might have some possibilities. So I sat on hold. Explained situation and needs very nicely to regional phone rep. Was told to drop by the salon and see if anyone thought something "should" (notice she did not say not "could") be done. Explained my schedule does not support random 1hr. Trips with no guarantee of attention right now. Got transferred to store. Got put on hold. Explained story again. Was told I need to speak to manager. Hold. Got told manager would call me in an hour. No return call in the 4 hours before they closed. And please notice there was not a single "I apologize for the inconvenience." Or "Sorry" anything. Maybe I should have been a crab about it. I sure as heck need to find a new salon. #MarioTricoci #FAIL

The hair stylists not only arrived there 40 minutes late, my haircut was just unacceptable. It looked like someone just grabbed a pair of scissors and cut it in one go. The past 3 times I gave this place a try, I had horrible experiences. They are ALWAYS more than 20 minutes late and tells customers to arrive 15 minutes early like does anymore know how to do basic math? I get there 15 minutes early, wait till my appointment, and then proceed to wait 30-40 more minutes for a haircut that makes me look like a 5 year old cuts my hair. I have tried 3 different technicians now, it's ridiculous. How can you be charging customers up to $65 for this kind of service??

Megan is the best stylist in town. I always love my cut even though I have her do it differently every time. She never disappoints and is worth every penny.
