Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Expect a very generic experience. Yes, you get a mediocre massage with no spa experience. I arrived at 11:02 for an 11:00 service. The one hour massage was about 40 minutes. I entered the room at 11:10 and left at 11:51. Her first answer was it is a 50 minute service. Her second answer was the non-existent 10 minute consultation was included in the hour service. Their sign promotes a one-hour massage. I feel this was misleading and it is. There was no consultation in the room. I did fill out a questionnaire in the lobby. It was glanced at , but never discussed. The level of attentiveness during the massage was poor. The stones were burning hot. When a client recoils it might mean something. Everything custom? Not so!!!! She offered an add-on for my next visit. I declined. I suggest you look elsewhere. You will be happy you did!

The staff was polite and courteous. They got me checked in right away the moment I walked through the door. My therapist Charisma was completely fantastic and the massage she gave me was just wonderful. My tightness and soreness was alleviated. My flexibility was increased. I felt like a new person when my massage was done. Thanks again Charisma your the best.

Horrible! Hate it here. I schedule my bridesmaids and I, a facial with a promotion of 29.95 per person We got there and we got a 5 minutes massage. Woman took her time to let me take my shirt off took her 3 minutes to come back and check on me. AND got charged outrageously, I payed no mind at first and saw that I was was overcharged a few days after my wedding. 160 DOLLARS FOR 3 PEOPLE. Awful service and a scam never coming back again and will NEVER recommend. Go elsewhere and save yourself a headache!!!!!

I am a member at Hand and Stone, and I could not be happier with the friendly service from the staff, and the excellent massages from Julie. I have "gifted" some of my services to others who all agree that this is the very best place to go for pampering! The manager there is very personable and accommodating and everything is always immaculate!

I called at 12PM and scheduled a same day couples massages for 7PM. I get to the location at 7PM and of course they say there is not a reservation. The woman behind the desk then tells me, I might have called the wrong phone #. She asks, "what number I called?" And then proceeds to tell me, I dialed the wrong #. So what do I do, call the #. Who's phone rings? There's. Of course, they could not accommodate me. Horrible experience, horrible service.
