Timeless Day Spa

Apparently all of our money in packages and gift cards has been stolen?! Seriously. Who does that sort of thing to other people. Did this business dishonestly trick all of us unsuspecting folks into buying from them and then they ran away? I am sad, hurt and incredibly betrayed. Plus, the idea that this happened is really upsetting and disheartening.

Time does really stop for me when I go to the Timeless Spa and Salt Cave. I am able to forget about everything and enjoy the tranquil time for myself. I feel refreshed and relaxed when my salt cave time is up. I am a new person and ready to face the coming weeks. The Zen Bed was unbelievable. I have never felt so relaxed and rested. These wonderful treatments are only surpassed by the caring and nurturing staff that tend for their clients. Their consideration and welcoming attitude contribute to a total rejuvenating experience. Thank you Timeless.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Jodi and Robin have done a wonderful job creating a beautiful environment soothing to the mind, body and spirit, making you feel welcome and comfortable. I have enjoyed numerous relaxing sessions in the cave (my personal favorite here)! The Zen Bed is...well, ZEN! I have also tried the ThermoJet with great results as well as a couple of amazing massages by Dina. I have taken some classes here too, a Nutrition seminar and a Magnet Therapy class with the multi-credentialed Michele Foster. There is even a great line of clean nutrition products available for individual purchase if you need a little snack between services. This isn't just another great Day Spa, it is truly an EXPERIENCE!

I absolutely love Timeless Spa & Salt Cave! I have been a guest in the Salt Cave countless times and there is no other experience like it in Chicago! So relaxing and great for the skin, especially in these harsh temperatures. I love going for a spa day at Timeless with my Mom, great way to relax and connect! I have also had the pleasure to have several massages by Connie, the Lava Shell and Raindrop Therapy treatments. She is one of a kind, a true master of relaxation! I will be coming back time and time again to Timeless!

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! These are the rudest people ever! I've gone to this spa off and on ever since they opened and they have gotten ruder over time. The last time I went, about a month ago, was the worst though. When you book a salt cave, you are told to get there 15 minutes early. I booked a salt cave for 1 p.m. Due to traffic, I didn't get there until 12:55 ... still a full five minutes before my appointment time! Nonetheless, I was given a dressing down by the owner, Jody. She was very condescending and disrespectful. I went into the salt cave ... once again, five minutes BEFORE my 1 p.m. appointment ... feeling like I was ready to cry. The whole time I was in there, I was seething with anger and humiliation. Needless to say, it was not relaxing in the least. They are snappy on the phone and nasty in person. Once in a great while, you get someone who is actually nice, but that's not the norm. They are just so not worth it, not with growing competition from other spas and King Spa in Niles and Galos Caves in Chicago. I will take my money to other spas who value my business. Maybe if you are buying pricier services such as massages or time on their zen bed or if you are purchasing one of their WAY overpriced salt lamps or the supposedly "sacred" naked tree branches they are currently selling for $150 each, they are nicer to you. I'll never know. Even if I won the lottery tomorrow, I wouldn't spend one more penny in that joint. King Spa in Niles has a salt cave too which you can sit in all day for the same price and you can buy the same $100 salt lamps on Amazon for $29 (which get great reviews for their effectiveness by the way). These people are getting rich on all the suckers out there who don't do their homework and shop around. So be it though. If that was just the case, maybe I'd still go, but being treated so rudely on top of it all is just too much. There is just no excuse for it. Like I said earlier, they are SO not worth it, especially not when you have so many other options for the very same services.
