I was here quite some time ago, and when I was searching for a permanent makeup place today I came across her name again. It brought me back to my experience and I had to let people know they should be careful. I can't attest to any of her other services, but I got the permanent lipliner and it was a horrible experience. Yes, I should have known when I first saw her and her own makeup didn't look very good. Yes, I should have known when she pulled out a tool that looked like a needle on a stick and did it manually. No machine. I thought I was going to pass out at times. Most other places, as I know now, use a tattoo machine which works faster instead of the slow, painful, manual skin-puncturing I received. She convinced me that it was a better method than the machines and the reason other places charge so much is because they are greedy. On top of the extreme pain I experienced, when I looked at my lips after, she had gotten rid of the dip on my top lip so it was a complete solid line with no cupid's bow! She seemed surprised that I didn't want it like that. She then tried to reverse it by doing a skin colored tattoo read: painful stabbing overtop the bow portion. It was a painful, prolonged torture session which ended up a bit of a disaster. I had a wierd discoloration and scarring on my top lip from her attempted correction which took a couple of years to look normal. I had to try to cover it with makeup to make it look right. I only hope that she has improved her methods and has acquired a proper machine instead of working with a tool from the old days. Please be careful, especially with makeup tattooing.
