What an awesome storage facility, I would really recommend it to anyone that needs an affordable storage option. The facilities are safe and secure, super clean, and it’s not very busy in such a prime location. I had a locker there for about 2 years and only moved on from them because I’m moving away. I must thank Chris from the bottom of my heart for his kindness and all of his help with regards to my move! He helped me with all the supplies, carried things to my car, offered much needed coffee, and was just always there if I had a question or needed anything. It was really helpful during a very stressful time!
Maple Leaf Self Storage on Taylor Way in North Vancouver leads the way in every category. Clean, spacious and well lit facilities. Secure and safe access. And the staff! Where to begin? Courteous, helpful and genuinely great people who bring the utmost in customer service and satisfaction every time I pay them a visit. Highly recommend this wonderful business for your storage needs!
Safe, dry and with an caretaker who lives on-site. Best place to store your personal belongings ever. Super friendly workers who are always ready to help in any way. Highly recommend!
We've had a locker at the West Vancouver location of Maple Leaf Self Storage for over 12 years and our experience has been exceptional. Why? Because the facility is kept meticulously clean, the hours are great, and most of all, the service offered by Chris, Chad, and Sonja is above and beyond. There're kind, welcoming, efficient and a pleasure to work whenever we've had any questions or needed to move to a different size of locker. We highly recommend this location for your storage needs!
I like the storage location in park royal , so easy to drop in or pick up some stuff you need. It’s very clean and warm in the winter. The Service of the office is very responsive and friendly both in person and on the phone. There is a public washroom on site and industrial wheeled dollies are available, they offer boxes and package materials as well. this is an excellent option for those who need some extra storage space in west Vancouver.
The staff are nice and so helpful. They treat you like family. We are happy with them and will store with them again if future moves. Thank you guys. Lulu & Leon
This facility is excellent, clean and secure. I would highly recommend storing personal items for short or long periods. The team was always courteous and helpful.
The place is spotless, quiet, and very obvious security; you have to key in and out and even in the lift so there is no way any unauthorized person gets in. We used several sizes of lockers during our 2 year use of the lockers; both were great. Overall we were delighted with the experience.
I feel safe and confident using the facility at Park Royal. It is important that I do not have to worry about my belongings and this is how I feel: CONFIDENT.
Chris and his team have always been so accommodating over the past years that I've had a corporate storage unit. The location is very clean, at a very nice temperature, secure and it's always easy to get my car into the loading dock. I have had many "special" requests" over the years and the Maple Leaf storage team at Park Royal have always been there to help make my life that much easier. If I wasn't moving to a different city I would have been happy to keep storing my merchandise there. Thanks team!
