Very impressed with the service and condition of the storage site. Well maintained and clean. Even smells nice. Every time we go there someone is pruning pressure washing or simply sweeping inside and out. Let’s me feel that my belongings and unit are safe and secure. The prices are very good as well. Thank you to the staff and all others who work or maintain this site.
The storage unit is clean and dry and my items feel like they are safely stored. The staff at the facility are helpful and friendly. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the price of storage has risen so steeply over the past couple of years that it is no longer affordable for me. This seems like a serious breach in service. I am letting my storage unit go because it is so expensive now.
Advanced Self Storage has always taken care of my needs in a timely and professional manner. Could not be more pleased with my experiences so far. I definitely recommend their services.
So convenient and well organized. It was easy to get new stuff in and easy to get stuff out. 24 hour access and the office was staffed with friendly helpful people at many useful times.
Went today to pick up skis and found out they are closed due to dangerous situation. Tried phoning and message is the generic we are on the other line or in the yard. Checked website no information at all about what is going on. Did not receive an email advising costumers as to what is going on. I completely understand if something has happened to the facility but it is extremely frustrating that there is no communication with customers.
Highly recommend Advanced Self-Storage, moving and downsizing from a house to a condo on short notice was stressful enough, finding a storage solution with Advanced self- storage was the best experience of our move and gave us relief our belongings were safe and secure. The staff were nothing but the best in helping us choose a locker and the pricing great for the quality of the locker and the facility itself. The lockers are clean and spacious, security great with the location and easy access to our upper level storage locker perfect for our needs. We looked at several storage facilities and are very happy we chose Advanced Self-Storage, a big recommendation from us to anyone looking for storage.
The facility as a whole has really improved since I first started renting almost a year ago; cleaner, more security.
Best run self storage I've ever used and I've used many over my 57 years of living. I wouldn't go anywhere else after discovering these guys!
Easy access and clean units. We had no problems and would recommend their services.
Very friendly, and professional staff. Explained all the details clearly, and showed me the exact units I would be renting. Clean with elevators and trolleys to help with transfers. Variety of packaging and boxes, for all types of materials.
