Smooth pavement, nice rural scenery. A nice way to spent a crisp fall day while getting some exercise! Pack a lunch and make a day of it.

The South Section is a very nice trail. It's 8 miles long. It runs from Rte 44 southeast to Headwaters Park. The best way to access the trail is from the Mountain Run Station Trailhead at: 12601 Chardon Windsor Rd. There is parking, a shelter and restrooms there.
