Frohring Meadows

Excellent combination of meadows and woods with several options for length of walk/hike. There's plenty of parking and a very nice building available to reserve for gatherings, as well as 2 pit toilets, no water though. Watch for bird houses and frogs! Great photo opportunity.

Outstanding facility for Geauga County residents. Great venue for large shindigs ! Beautiful pavilion with 360° view enclosed with French Doors ! Alcoholic beverages Inside the pavilion are permitted. Fire place Inside and outside. Nominal fee for usage and number to reserve.

I help a Team dinner here. It was great! There is a large serving table; where you can plug in 6 crock pots. A split Stone fire place. (Inside & Out). Heating is also available. Space heaters from the ceiling. The structure is enclosed . It is an octagon shape building and has sliding doors that can be opened. With grill and work take outside. Out house style bathroom.

Great park to come and relax at. Very easy to get outside and see nature, if your handicapped. They have little less than a mile paved trail and another trail that goes through an open field then turns into wooded area of the park.

No shade except for the new pavilion they built. Well maintained paths around a lake and into fields. Few places to sit if you have difficulty walking but good for wheel chairs. Wish they had more trees, shade, and places to sit while walking. My dog likes it because there is always another dog there to visit with.
