Ordered through Skip the dishes, was charged $55 for the meal and got chicken that's like a chicken paste that was raw and even cold in the center. My guess is frozen not fresh food, 1 bite made me vomit. Best part yet is that skip the dishes didn't even care about the poor quality food. They offered an $8 refund.
I hope this goes to the manager. I just came from the store and I'm so angry. I talked to service person and and asked re Shanghai noodles and she said "it will be 5 minutes". I asked my son if he is willing to wait 5 mins and he said no but changed his mind shortly. Another lady came to me than to take my order. I asked "is the Shanghai noodles still going to be 5 minutes as my son changed his mind". The new server was so rude to me and said " I don't know how long it will take him to cook it". First of all, I didn't even know that they were still deciding on cooking it and she kept going on about not knowing how long it will cook. I said there is no need to get angry and she said " well you look at me with those "big eyes" and she makes a face at me. Than she goes on and talks to another lady there in another language and tries to avoid me for my order. She loudly asks " well, what do you want?" I said, " Are you ready for my order?" cause I am afraid she will bite off my head. I told her my order. She continues to comment that I shouldn't be angry after she embarrasses me in front of everyone.
We ordered through skipthe dishes. I ordered the 3 item combo: noodles, honey chicken, and black and pepper beef. I got 2 out of 3. But the Black and Pepper Beef item is 4 pieces of beef and all mushrooms. I don't like mushrooms but i wouldn't mind a few. However, it was mostly mushrooms.
I said a 1 item then the lady talked to my 3yr old and I was charged for a 3 item plate that will go by o waste after I said twice 1 item. Manager said O well she asked for it. She’s three. Absolutely incompetent Scott the manager is a Absolute insult to customers and will never return Hope it is removed from mallFood: 4/5
The lady was nice enough to throw in a couple pieces of the spicy chicken for me try so I would know whether to order it the next time when I asked if I could try a piece before I picked it after I'd picked the sweet and sour pork. Both of the meats were good!Food: 4/5
I used to love the food here when I first moved to edmonton several yars ago. It was fresh and flavorful, and well worth the decent prices. So needless to say I'm sad to have found it's gone downhil so bad. I was back in the Londondary area for the afternoon, and remembering this palce, I stopped by. Never again! The great food I was so excited to try again was a memory now, replaced by stale blandness, so greesy that it as almost inedible. Oh well. So much for that.
On this day of June 13, 2023 I was at Londonderry while ordering from Manchu Wok at 5:45pm. The service was really mean and started yelling at me for asking if I can have rice and noodles. I felt so embarrassed and felt mistreated!Food: 4/5
Not good at all, especially for those prices it should be good. I wish I would go to Thai express ughhh the ginger chicken must be from yesterday all in all it does not taste fresh
The food is good and tasty but bad customer service there were two women working there that day, one was nice the other was so rude to my wife was like what you want, I felt so disrespected never going back there againFood: 3/5
This place will give you the diarrhea and food poisoning. Never again. Terrible.Food: 1/5
