I ordered a custom cake for my baby shower and it was so beautiful! Manal was friendly and so easy to work with. You can tell that she is very meticulous with her craft and great with communication to ensure that you get exactly what you're envisioning. I ordered a cake sample box to try out 4 flavours and I had a hard time choosing just one because they were all so tasty! I also really appreciated that none of the flavours were overly sweet. In the end, I went with the chocolate hazelnut and everyone enjoyed it. I'll definitely order from Manal in the future!

I have been eyeing this bakery for a while now, and when my birthday approached I knew I wanted my cake from Manal. What a unique design of a tall cake, with a perfect selection of flavour offerings. I opted for the lemon chiffon. My husband picked it up, and it was packed well with an instruction card to chill and bring to room temperature before serving. So pretty with little yellow flowers all over and gold icing! It sliced smoothly and holds up firmly. It really is a perfect 3 tier balance of butter cream icing so light and smooth, perky lemon curd and moist vanilla sponge cake layers. Wonderful handcrafted artistry and delicious flavour with just the right sweetness . I need to try their chocolate hazelnut and wild berry next time! Stunning for all special occasions that will certainly impress family and friends! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with Manal and her team. Ordered a custom cake for my son's birthday and it exceeded my expectations on every level. Not only was it stunning, it was so delicious! Manal is so quick with email replies and provides detailed explanations of what you'll be receiving. There's even a delivery option which is very affordable so you just need to show up to the venue and your cake is waiting for you. It's my second time getting cake from Manal and each experience just gets better than the last. Highly recommend.

Manal made me a custom cake for my bridal shower and it was the cake of my dreams the picture does not do it justice. Not only was it so beautiful and exactly what I wanted but it also tasted amazing. Manal is also such an awesome and kind person that it makes it so easy to work with her. If I hadn't already booked my wedding cake elsewhere I would have loved to work with her on that as well. 100% would recommend!!

I ordered their Ras Malai cake for Eid. The delivery, presentation and overall look of the cake was very decent and beautiful. It was delivered on time and I had no issues placing the order online or contacting their customer service on Whatsapp. However, the 'ras malai' flavor was very subtle in the cake. It was hard to tell that this was supposed to be a Ras Malai flavored cake. Otherwise, the cake was good! I would give 5 starts if the ras malai flavor was more prominent and tasteful. Thanks :

Manal's Cakes are just simply the BEST. I live in California and wanted to order a cake to be delivered to a surprise birthday party that was held in Toronto. I chose the berry cake and they did a great job. We exchanged few phone calls and emails and Manal is very courteous, professional and efficient. Cake was delivered on time and I was told that it was scrumptious. The details on the cake was exquisite. I would totally recommend Manal Bashir Pastry Co.

Weeks before our family members’ birthday every year, I’ll start my cake search all over the city. I’ll visit shops and bought cake slices or pastries ro try in order to find the perfect cake. This year after several taste testings and no cake decided, I came across Manal Bashir Pastry’s website, after seeing all the raving reviews I ordered 2 boxes of sample to try and OMG the whole family has the best time eating and voting the favourite. Every single cake is unbelievably delicious, in the end 2 cakesSalted Caramel and Lemon Chiffon was ordered for my birthday instead of 1this never happened before hahaha, her cakes are just that good. My sons already decided their cakes for their upcoming birthday, even my husband picked his favourite for his birthday. Yes, we are all going to order from Manal Bashir Pastry from now on. Hands down the best cakes in Toronto!! I strongly suggest ordering samples before actually ordering the cake, you’ll be blown away. Maybe you’ll order 2 cakes like I did. Lol

Ordered 2 cakes for my girlfriends birthday 1 was a backup....its a long story lol and they were both incredible!!! Both tasted great & extremely fresh. My GF is also a baker so she knows quality, and she said they were awesome & high quality. I got macaroons too and also a home run! I would definitely order from there again and refer to my friends/fam! Items ordered: Mango Passionfruit Mousse cake, Salted Caramel cake as a backup, macaroons. Thanks Manal Bashir bakery!

The cake was beautiful! The only mistake my family made was not letting the cake come to room temperature and letting it sit out for an hour. The cake tasted 10 times better! Read and follow the instructions. The cake doesn't taste good when it's cold and right out of the fridge.
