I went there with my friend for afternoon tea. The dessert I ordered is Tiramisu cake covered on shaved ice; taste is not bad, but the bowl was filled too much ice so it feels like you're totally frozen up when you finish it. My opinion is: don't try the large size if you are not sure how much ice you can eat. The American coffee is a failure. Overall rating for the dessertcoffee deserve a 3 star. Restaurant place is quiet and comfortable so an extra star is added on.

Bingsu shaved ice was delicious. Got the mango and the red bean. Gets busy on weekends, grab a seat then order at counter. No credit cards. Pricing is fair $9 for small up to $13 or so for large.

Hands down THE BEST shaved ice in the GTA, located in the heart of Markham. Tried so many dessert place for shaved ice but nothing can be compared to this store. From customer service to presentation of the food, it’s just excellent. My favourite was the coffee shaved ice with a tiramisu cake on top. You actually get a LARGE SLICE of a tiramisu along with shaved ice yet the price is a huge bargain, definitely returning whenever I come back to visit the city!

I really like Bingsu and The Cups does a very tasty job. You think shaved ice and automatically think bad syrup and hard ice. Not so, this is great flavours, fresh fruit, tasty treats with the softest ice like snow. Their drinks are also super tasty. I have tried a bunch of different flavours and can honestly say I just like them all. It’s more a matter of what mood I am in. Please follow @joannasable on Instagram for more food fun.

Fast and great customer service. All the staff there were super sweet! I can't stress this enough. Despite the busy evening, they made sure to thank you for your stay. The shaved ice dessert was delicious but typical. However they stand out because it's different and unique.

Good quality shaved milk dessert. Got the green tea cup, size small which really should be labeled as a large!. Lots of variety for flavour options and also other hot and cold drinks available if the dessert is not for you. Well lit store and clean feeling overall. Staff are friendly. Water station at the front is well kept. I would definitely come to this location again.

The mango and strawberry bingsu are excellent. The coffee one is too heavy, and I didn't like the cereal on it. It's a nice place for a group hangout. Quite pricey at $10 a shaved ice dessert.

Ice was really soft, even the bottom part was flavorful. Large size is good for two people, customer service was excellent!

I just found out this Korean cafe recently and I have to say this is one of the best dessert places I've tried so far! The owner is very friendly and nice. We ordered a green latte, a ginger lemon tea and an injeolmi toast! Everything was great! The ginger lemon tea was sweet and refreshing with a ginger kick. The injeolmi toast was topped with monchi, almond pieces and yellow bean powder. It was heavenly tasty on a super cold day! I'll definitely come back again!

Shaved ice is very good, tasty and good texture. Compared to Taiwanese shaved ice, it's finer and more powdery, and much better proportioned in terms of flavours. It's a little pricey, and can take a while, so bring a card game to play with your friends while you wait.
