Serene, peaceful and relaxing - This park has it all. Beautiful landscape, lovely flowers, majestic sunset and backdrop of parliament hill. Bring a picnic mat and maximize your joy of being in the park. Having an evening walk around the path looking at sunset is another kind of feeling.
A great place to visit if you happen to drop by downtown Ottawa. Great views of the parliament and the Gatineau side. Street parking should be ample during non busy days. Quite a few good restaurants nearby to have a bite after a long walk.

Nice park, I love it. Can see the whole tourist attractions around Ottawa city from here. Got a few fancy restaurants with patio too.
Beautiful park, absolutely love it. Always so much construction though, but the views are worth it on a nice day.
