Highly recommended spot for burritos and tacos. The portions here are incredibly generous. I recommend trying their chicken mole and the lamb burritos. The chicken mole is my absolute favourite and typical go to. Their burritos are packed full and the meats are super flavourful! You can't go wrong with their tacos either, 3 should be more than enough for one person based on the portion size.This has definitely become one of my new favourite burrito and tacos places in Vancouver.
Just waking a usual around Main Street, and discover this New Mexican restaurant. Nice simple decor. Good menu, portions well very well served. I have the tortilla soup, that was a meal itself, I usually more like a bit more light version, but was good. Also try the nachos, I will love more melting cheese, but they were also good. Good concept abs customer service.
Discover this cute Mexican eatery today…the service was friendly; the food authentic and tasty; and the menu varied.
The burritos weren't that bad, but they were definitely more expensive and less filling than places like chipotle, mucho burrito, and quesada burritos. Now the reason why I'm comparing it with Chipotle and other places mentioned above is because I consider this style of Mexican food more mexican-american. In terms of quality to price - I frequently visited southern California pre-pandemic and the burrito here is nowhere near the quality of a run down mom and pop shop in southern California. These burritos just seemed kinda flat and not overly filling... But again it's not a "bad burrito", its just their price does not match what a real carb loaded filling burrito should be...there was also way less meat. Their Instagram photos is what attracted me and my friends here but it definitely seemed underwhelming in person compared to what's posted on their Instagram page.
The chipotle chicken burrito bowl I had was fullfilling. The portion of rice was a bit extra as compared to the meat, but the taste compensated for it. Overall, a nice place for dinner. The staff was nice as well.
Fresh corn tortillas and delicious proteins! Really amazing! Liked the passionfruit drink too. Will be back for sure!
I have been going here probably for a year now, I have brought friends to try and they never disappoint, their flavors and vegan option make it accessible to everyone, and when I say vegan, they actually took the time to make amazing vegan flavors. It’s easy to pass by and don’t notice this place is there, but it’s amazing! It’s by far my favorite Mexican place. Staff are great and friendly as well.
Good music and nice staff. Food is a good value, safe choice when you know your Mexican cuisine preferences. They do their own corn tortilla in front of you
Good tacos except tortilla was slightly burnt. Nachos came in a huge portion was a great appetizer to share. The fish taco was sold out and would like to come back to try it.
Incredibly delicious burrito. Got the Al pastor, super juicy. Loved how they had cheese in the rice and beans, making it super creamy. Tortilla was very chewy which I preferred. If anything, it’s a bit oily at the end. But otherwise excellent.
