Awful experience. I booked the afternoon off work to be able to go for a 90 minute massage. They had booked and confirmed and then very nonchalantly cancelled less than 2 hours before the appointment. I’ve read similar review from other former customers. They offered no solutions or comp, just major attitude. Luckily a more professional spa was able to fit me in last minute. Byyyeeee

Love this spa! They are very professional and welcoming. Look forward to my appointments when I have them. Highly recommend this spy I have yet to have a bad experience with any of the services.

I've been going to Magnolia regularly for over 5 years. They are kind, considerate, and organized. Shannon at reception is a miracle, and Brianne is the best service provider.

I purchased a gift certificate for a family member, the first visit went fine the second visit for hair colour was a total disaster . Mistakes happen but the attitude of the management was so unprofessional, no apology no understanding of the upset of a young gal and they had the audacity to make a judgement call regarding the attitude and comments of a very distraught Mother. I'm sure when everything goes to plan it's all light and sweetness, however, when a client is dissatisfied don't hold your breathe for an apology! We would never use this spa again! I have just read the Magnolia Spa response,:-) a dollar and a day short is how I would describe their concern:-) There was no mention of a refund on the gift certificate and quite honestly I think they are simply trying to save face. Customer service is judged not when everything goes to plan but how a business/staff react to a dissatisfied client! Thankfully there are plenty of excellent Spa's to choose from, especially in Burlington and Oakville!.... .it just means a longer drive for guaranteed results.

I have been to this spa a number of times in the past and have always had a nice relaxing and fun time. The stone massages are delightful the back massages were too. The Mani and Pedi's are do die for. Two hours is never enough time to do this.
