Had an amazing experience here, even with a baby! The hostess and waitress accommodated us with a nice cozy corner where Chlora could be herself :. The Caesar salad and seafood pasta were both perfect and fresh. Don’t forget to get to get the $6.00 entrees to go for the next day, one is the best deals ever!
I was totally disappointed in the fact that Maggiano's discontinued angel hair pasta. However, I made due with what was available as a substitute, by choosing linguine over spaghetti in my chicken piccata dish. I give 5 stars because the service and atmosphere were great. Plus my sister and mom totally enjoyed their food.
Took the favorite wife here for her birthday, and could not have been more pleased. The wife was not totally pleased with her meal, our waitress and manager didn't stop until she was totally satisfied. Customer service is a huge thing in my book, especially when it's given without having to ask. I can't say enough good things about our waitress Jael, absolutely the most kindest, most attentive, and efficient waitress I've seen and experienced in a long time. Do yourself a favor and request her. Parking: Use valet if possible to save yourself some steps.
Make reservations to be guaranteed a seat. Worth the wait otherwise. Service was awesome. Food was great & plenty. Fresh bread to start you off. And the $5 take home pasta is a must!!!

Welp, this visit was fair. Should have skipped the return visit. It was probably too soon. Less than one week between my dinner visit and lunch visit. The food was awesome, as per always, but our server, she seems overwhelmed, burnt out, slower than usual. I've never had to repeat requests so many times. Like for straws, lime wedges, bread, a dessert menu, the check. Everyone has an off day, so I will call this, that. I was trying to get these visits in before moving away, because Maggiano's is one place I'll miss the most. #sigh, Not going out on a high. Will I be back? Of course, whenever I visit. Will I have high expectations, yes, I expect the best from Lettuce Entertain You Will I recommend? Yes, the lunch deal and take home is unbeatable.
IVE BEEN COMING TO MAGGIANOS SINCE 02. THE SERVICE AND FOOD IS ALWAYS STELLAR. I WISH THEY WOULD BRING BACK CHICKEN VESUVIO & THE TUSCAN CHICKEN & SHRIMP. WE HAD TINA AS OUR SERVER AND SHE MIGHT AS WELL HAVE PULLED UP A SEAT SHE CAME TO CHECK ON OUR TABLE SO MUCH. ITS THE SUPERIOR SERVICE THAT IVE COME TO KNOW FROM THIS RESTAURANT THAT HAS KEPT MY FAMILY COMING BACK FOR 2 DECADES.
Dangerously good. The bread was so yummy. The fried zucchini is one of the best apps I've ever had. The shrimp scampi was delicious. The service was amazing. Plus they offer $5 take home dishes.
We regularly dine at this magianos location. Dining in tonight was great 3/20/22 thanks to our server Kyle who made evey effort to provide a great service. Also for the manager Karen for asking us how out dining experience was going. Clean location, organized host seating arrangements, good bar drink selection.
Had an absolutely lovely time!! Andrew our server was outstanding!! The chain has made a reputation for offering delicious Italian cuisine,certainly happy they did not disappoint. The wine selection is extensive, the menu is also well thought out. I enjoyed the overall experience!! With so many restaurants failing we are so glad they have survived the current climate. Andrew again did a fabulous job, as he made a difference in the overall experience. We recommend Maggiano's in Oakbrook. We will return!!
