The most clinic- and clinician -centred system I have ever encountered, all delivered with an officious, demeaning and patronizing tone. Locals hate it or think it's a scam.nnI have a truly exceptional doctor at Magenta - Dr Alyssa Cantarutti. Too bad they have built an administrative system that is full of glitches, void of patient and family-centredness, and impossible to navigate. And they don't care. They are part of the problem driving people to ER instead of their local family practice.
Dr Kamil Prasad is one of the most caring , compassionate doctors I have ever had.He is an excellent listener and takes the concerns of his patients seriously . I feel really blessed to have him as my GP.
Thankfully, I was able to secure a physician at Magenta Health. I have been seeing Dr. Crawford for almost 2 years. He has been so responsive, polite, friendly, and smart. The office itself is great - it moves away from the traditional receptionist model. Instead, you check in on an iPad, have a seat, and then an automated voice will call your name and tell you which room to attend. Email is their preferred way to communicate, which I do not hate at all. It avoids having to pick up calls all day and speaking to a live person. The appointment booking system is amazing too. You sign in online and then book an appointment. For urgent appointments, I can often see my physician on the same day or the next date. For non-urgent, I can usually get an appointment within a week.nnMagenta Health is fantastic
Impossible to book appointments with your doctor…not a one slot in next 3 months. Always have been an issue, it’s terribly complicated to reach them. Absolutely useless, for past 4 years I’ve managed to book with my doctor 3 times, rest all in walk in clinics. Offices look good
I am so grateful to have such incredible doctors care for myself and my family at this clinic. Dr Mitsuki is my doctor and I adore her and value her knowledge so much. My teen sons see Dr Prasad and he has been such a blessing to them. All of the staff are friendly. Thank you for all you do to keep people safe and healthy
