What a beautiful spot to have physiotherapy!nThis place is really easy to access off of 14 Saint Matthews.nThis is kind of sad but, the minute I get there I head to Tim's on the main floor for my daily latte! The main floor does have lovely views and in the summer you can sit outside and enjoy the breeze. There is a therapeutic pool and the building really is state of the art, I love it. The people are friendly and welcoming and the rehab facilities are fantastic!
Wish to express my sincerest gratitude for the amazing team at 4 North. The doctor, pharmacist, physiotherapist, social worker, nurses, PSWs and even cleaning/support staff have provided wonderful care for my mother. Thank you
My father took medication for 20 years. The doctor at Bridgepoint decided to take away his medication and when I called Bridgepoint, they didn't want to take any responsibility and basically said that they were too busy to speak with me. The nurse was very rude. I would not recommend this facility to any person who is putting their loved ones there. What a disappointment. My father is in constant pain now with because of a bad call from the doctor that did not understand his history.
It's a very clean environment and hospital. Easy to get around and someone willing to assist you. They seem to really care about the individual that are in their care. The patient rooms are very clean and most of all it doesn't have that ' hospital smell '.
The orthopedic team helped my mom a lot after a terrible car accident. The nurses were very attentive even though they were so short staffed.
