If I can give zero stars I would’ve! The worst experience I’ve ever had! Unorganized staff and the doc! Doesn’t care about your time. My doc literally told me that she forgot that I was sitting in the room for an hr while she GOT DISTRACTED BY OTHER STUFF! absolutely crass! She didn’t even listen to my concerns, I went there for an allergy test which was absolutely rubbish because she didn’t test me for food, which I wanted to get done absolute waste of my time! In turn she told me oh people have thyroid like that you have hives I’m just happy I don’t have to go there again! Avoid at any cost!
I LOVE Citrus Medical - they are very pleasant and very efficient. When I went for my flu shot I was a few minutes early. I live close by so I actually got home at the time that my appointment was scheduled to start. My doctor Dr Rajabi is the best...she takes her time to listen carefully and makes great suggestions. Very happy that I was able to sign on with her.
Dr. Lee has been an excellent doctor so far. Since my first appointment, she has attended on time, and she has demonstrated knowledge, courtesy and kindness, always answering my doubts and prescribing exams and pills when necessary. Nurses are polite and friendly. I also had a great experience with the pharmacy, the pharmacist was friendly and attentive to describe the best practices of the medicine use prescribed.
Great team of Drs and reception. When you get sick or need an appointment, you book online and get the help you need. They also have same day appointments. Pharmacy is right there for your prescriptions and they deliver to your house for refills. Drs here are polite and knowledgeable. Your appointment time is when they see you. In and out. Perfect for the working mom.
