I recently had the pleasure of working with Ronald Keith, a realtor at Macdonald Realty North Delta. From the moment I met Ronald, I knew that I was in good hands. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market and was able to provide valuable insights and advice throughout the entire process.  Ronald was very attentive to my needs and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. He was also very patient with me as I was a first-time homebuyer and had a lot of questions. He made the process of buying a home much less stressful and overwhelming than I had anticipated.  Ronald went above and beyond in his efforts to find the perfect home for me. He was always willing to show me any property I was interested in and was very flexible with my schedule. He also made sure to keep me updated on any new listings that fit my criteria.  When it came time to make an offer, Ronald was a skilled negotiator and was able to secure the home of my dreams at a price that I was comfortable with. He also helped me navigate the closing process and made sure everything went smoothly.  I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and expertise that Ronald provided. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor. He truly exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier with my new home. Five stars!

Ron Rudy of Macdonald Realtor, formerly of Macdonald Realty South Surrey, now at the Delta office is a scamming and deceptive realtor.  He does not adhere to the Realtor Code of Ethics at all and is a very unprofessional realtor.  Even though we requested an appraisal at our initial meeting, we never were given one.  On the second meeting convince us to list it $18,000 below B.C. assessment value on a hot real estate market in Fraser Heights, Surrey because the Chinese don’t like stairs to line up to the front door and other scams and lies.  Told us he planned to have an open house which would generate interest.  But two days before the open house he bought us a low-ball offer to which we said NO to.  Then rather than take a counter offer back he pressured us to sign the contact because it was a good deal or we’d wait six months before it would sell scaring my wife to sign.  Ron Rudy never showed us the offer, having us only sign on the last page so we didn’t know the buyer was a mysterious Mr X or I would never have signed, he did not even give us a copy of the offer till several days later.  Meantime Mr X’s realtor who worked in the same office was sitting on the road in front of our house.  Ron Rudy is a deceptive, No Trust Macdonald Realtor.  He does not work for the home owners to sell their home for the best price, just frauding & scamming seniors for dollars and emotional health for year to follow.  If I could I would not give him even a 1 star.  Art

Ron Rudy is a professional experienced Real Estate Agent and It would be highly improbable to execute a Contract of Purchase & Sale in British Columbia without initialing each page of the Contract with all of the oversight by managing brokers and lawyers. I have found Ron to be very knowledgeable and ethical realtor for many years.

I highly recommend Ron for his exceptional service in selling my acreage in Fraser Heights . His attention to detail, expertise in Development, and personalized approach made the entire process stress-free and very successful. His local database of Developers and Builders competed for my property in competing offers. He was a true professional and exceeded my expectations by far.

Ron Rudy has been our family Realtor for over 20 years. He came highly recommended and we have found him to be honest, reliable and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Ron over any other Realtor.
