Wow Harj Sran is exceptional! She was so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful in finding our new home. Not only is she amazing at her job she has a great sense of humor and personality. We planned to buy a small family home in the middle of a meteoric and insanely difficult housing market for buyers. We contacted Harj Sran for the help and guidance , and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the process. While the process of homebuying was much more difficult than we’d imagined, based on the levels of competitiveness, Harj gave us excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes that we looked at. Particular high points were helping us find ways to make competitive offers in a market where we were regularly outbid by many tens of thousands over the asking prices. I hope we are in our new home for a long time, but if we are to move, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Harj again or give her anything but the highest recommendation. You can get hundreds of realtor and realty agencies in the market but you won't find a person like her who steps into your shoes without even been told so while finalising any property best suited for you AND you bet ,you won't have a single boring moment in her company . We had a terrible experience with Paramjit Singh Gill at YPA Realty. We recently bought and sold our home. He represented the buyers and without our permission sent someone to scan our property. The person he sent came on the property without knocking nor asking permission even though both vehicles were on the driveway indicating the owners were home. The man walked straight into my backyard, scanned the place and as he was walking away I happened to see him. I questioned the man and instead of apologising and asking if it was OK he tried to justify his actions and continue. I told him to get off my property immediately. When confronted Param tried to blame our realtor and never once did he apologize to us. His actions had the potential of losing us a lot of money. It is illegal to do any work on someone's property without permission. He did not show remorse. Save yourself some money do not use a realtor. Our experience told us realtors work for their own best interests and not for the clients they are supposed to represent.
