Mayur helped us buy a home in Peachland even though we live in Vancouver. We got a substantial part of the commision back, so why would anyone buy a home the old fashioned way is beyond me. We knew exactly the kinds of homes we were interested in anyways, so we felt it was almost waste of time to have a real estate agent find properties for us. Anyone can have a look on MLS and search properties quickly and easily these days. The real problem was us waiting for new homes that we liked to come on the market, and then getting our offer in fast enough, and of course competing against the other offers. We worked with the docusign system which really helped us with easily making offers and getting them in fast. We finally got an accepted offer on the 3rd home we wanted to purchase. Overall though, the real gem was Mayur. He was fun and knowlegeable, and a real pleasure to deal with. He had plenty of sensible advice in terms of the various options and conditions to our offers, which was really great and helpful since this was our first home purchase. He was also very thorough and brought attention to issues we should be aware of and we thought could otherwise go missed. I told all my friends and everyone I know about this whole great experience, since I'm now fully convinced it's pretty silly to buy a home any other way. Mayur recently helped us sell our home (in a few days and over the asking price I should add!) and successfully assisted us in buying our new home in this red hot metro Vancouver real estate market - not an easy task!
