We hired Sonny to sell our home a decade ago while he was working under Remax reality. He promised to sell our home guaranteed in under 90 days or he would sell it for free.  150 days sold it for 20k below asking price and he took full commission.  Later we learned he was working as a dual agent and represented the buyer that bought our home.  Zero effort to communicate or negotiate better offers and after all said and done Sonny Bhinder made more from selling my home than I did. Maybe the new team he has working for him has taught him a little more integrity and transparency and now he can offer a much better experience than the one I had with him.
