Daniella B did an hour makeup application for me last weekend and she was fantastic. The makeup was stunning and she was a pleasure to spend the hour with. She also gave me some great makeup tips. I would highly recommend a makeup application by Daniella at the MAC Royal Bank Plaza.

Sarah very helpfully and patiently showed me the next steps on my re-entry into the world of makeup. Love the look she showed me and how she built on what I already have. I'll definitely be back!

I booked a 60 minute makeup appointment with Daniela and was very happy. She was super nice and is a great artist. I got a lot of compliments for my makeup, will definitely be back for my next event!

I've been going to this store for a while now, usually knowing what I want and not seeking help especially since one particular female staff here is usually in an unwelcoming mood and in turn makes you feel uncomfortable too. However, today I went in hoping to get some advise on a couple of products and was assisted by Drew. He was supremely helpful, down to earth and I was pleasantly surprised to have come across someone like him at this store. Just had to come and write a review here for him. Thanks Drew for all your assistance.

Came here for a 30-minute express makeup spend minimum 30$ on products. Took an appointment with a sales associate called Willow for 4PM. A conference call at work popped up at 4PM so i decided to walk in at 3:20. I approach her explaining the situation and her reply with an attitude is: "well now i am going to lunch and thats why i told you to come at 4". Rolling her eyes she turns to her colleague Roxanne telling her she just wants her eyes done. Roxanne starts doing my eyes although i told the first one initially i didnt want anything fancy but priming the eyes and face to apply subtle makeup on, is a no brainer. i had to specifically ask for primer, powder, blusher. She did not even bother putting on any lipstick once she had finished. i had to do it on my own. Very unfriendly with no smile on her face. The makeup turned out fine, however i did not enjoy one second it and will not be coming back. They have zero customer service skills, borderline rude.

Went by on my lunch hour to pick up a new make up brush, all staff we're busy helping other customers. I proceeded to the cash and patiently waited for three of four minutes, two employees came to cash with their customers and there customers products. I was told someone would be with me in a moment. Another four to five minutes pass, as I watched the staff up sale and sign the other two ladies up for the rewards program. Total wait time 10 mins. I'm a little frustrated by the time I'm helped, when I was asked to join the rewards program I politely declined with a "no thank you" Then was asked if I wanted a bag for my product, my response was "no thank you" As I'm turning to leave The sales lady that was helping me very snarky told me to have a nice day!!! Then laughed as I was walking out. I will not return to this location and only hope with the busy season fast approaching, they keep someone on cash at all times, to avoid any further frustration.

This was related to an incident that happened years ago, but I will never go to any MAC store again because of it. I was the only customer browsing in this specific store, and I overheard the sales associates talking with each other. They said there’s no point going to help me because I’m “Asian and won’t buy anything anyway”. Obviously I walked out of the store, and I haven’t been back to any MAC stores since then. I’ve also persuaded family and friends not to shop there either because of this incident.

I love mac makeup and this location always has great stock and the girls there do my makeup great wen i need it done.

They were kind and attentive in recommending products. Overall had a good shopping experience here.

Good variety .. some sales personnel talks a lot and doesn't listen to what a customer is asking for... asked for Studio Fix but got Studio Tech...
