The best haircut I had

They're quick to make a sale probably because of commission but they don't bother discussing the return/exchange policy. On the receipt it states items can be returned if it is unopened, however they still force you to exchange. The staff is rude and unwelcoming unless you actually get services done.

my go to lady is Ellen. she not only waxes but will thread and tweeze your eyebrows. I miss you Ellen.. please come back soon : currently not at work b.c of covid
