Trade Secrets - Exchange Tower - First Canadian Place

I absolutely love the hair stylist who cuts my hair at this location. She is super sweet and always does a wonderful job - and quickly which is great because I can visit during my work break. During my latest experience while at check out the cashier asked the stylist how much am i charging her, she replied "shes been here before it should be in the system".. While cashing out i thought to myself that the total seemed higher than usual. Once I did some research i realized she charged me an additional $10 then usual. Not sure why because thats not the number the system would have shown. I love the stylist and service here but I don't appreciate dishonesty to a loyal customer.

I went to get a blowout at Trade Secret and my stylist was Amy. She was really lovely, conversational and did a great job with styling my hair. I also got a $20 gift card from them as part of a promotion this month so it was an added bonus!

Fabulous and Totally converted ! I had my first visit with Karolina and so pleased. I had a full color consultation with Karolina she listened to my concerns and explained everything! I often feel self conscious at hairdresser but Karolina gave me confidence and I left feeling a million dollars- I love the colour and the cut is perfect.

Went in to this location to purchase a hair dryer. On the Trade Secrets website, the Addicted to Beauty hair dryer was on sale at 50% off but the sales person said that the same hair dryer was not on sale at their location. So I ended up purchasing the hair dryer online instead. Very disappointed that the franchise does not honour the sales price as listed on their company website.

Trade Secrets is my fav place to get ALL my beauty supplies !! I have very curly hair ''sometimes I like curls and sometimes I like it straight.'' So I used the Relaxus Ceramic Brush and it was amazing found it worked better when I had the Morocanoil in makes it slide better. Especially if I use a good shampoo & conditioner like Abba !! The ladies at this store are WONDERFUL and helpful. Their knowledge of all the products is insightful !! Love the samples that they give out great way to get to try different products !! Thank - You

Went in for a shellac manicure and it didn’t even last me 1 week. I go to glamour secrets Simcoe Place and get my nails done there. They last me 3 weeks with no chips. I will not go back. This location is so dirty and not clean. Glamour secrets is so clean and nice staff.

Went there for a haircut I got off Groupon. Great job and location was convenient. Normal price for just a haircut is 60$. But I guess that's the PATH price. But I was happy with my haircut... she did a great job.

This is my go to place for blow drys, treatments, dry styles, nails. It is a very convenient location for me, good availability for appointments and both Karolina and/or Hailey always make sure whatever service I get done is perfect.

Great store! Nancy does a fantastic job on my nails. They have the latest trends in polish colours and I love the designs she's able to do.

The lady straightened my naturally curly hair, not sure what products she used or how high the heat was, but after 3 washes my hair is not going back to curly.
