LVB Tanning and Spa

I'm really disappointed with this place, I went for a spray tan and all I wanted was a bit of color and they recommended I go dark just by looking at me and not asking me any questions , I listened because I was new to spray tanning. Overall the experience was unpleasant the young Lady was very nice to me but I felt I had to ask a lot of questions if not I wouldn't get much help. If you know a client has never been to your establishment and never gotten a spray tan you would think the employees would be considerate to that. I would not recommend this place. My tan turned out extremely dark and patchy. I did my best to take care of it. I ended up getting more and more orange as time went by and I had to attend a wedding. They recommended I go a day before which was a big mistake. The older woman at the front seemed to not care about her customers . When I asked a question I got the impression she was annoyed. she didn't even bother to ask me how it went or anything. I felt so confused when I left and depended on google to answer unanswered questions. It's very intimidating getting spray tanned for the first time. Especially when u see the machine. if I would have read the reviews before hand I would have not bothered with this place. In response to your reply: How can you possibly tell through a camera that my spray tan was evenly applied? When I had clothes on and the colour still needed to set in? If u actually would have taken the time to look at me u would have noticed my face was already blotchy and uneven . Also, I do not have fair skin, yes I'm pale I didn't tan this summer but I'm olive tone meaning I tan very quickly. I said I wanted just a little colour I was not looking for a dark tan. So how was the color adequate ? I was darker than my sister who vactioned in Mexico. I'm sorry but you're completely wrong , nothing was explained to me concerning a layer coming off after I shower. I actually found that out through my OWN research. And I couldn't wait to shower because I was Incredibly dark and orange , opposite of what I wanted. I guess all the people in my life are coloured blind when they told me I looked orange. Nothing was explained to me , and you should be ashamed by the way you respond to Clients. Your cameras mean nothing. And at this point I don't even think I can take you seriously. Clearly I'm not a fake reviewer and I actually went to your salon and there's no reason for me to make all this up. The young girl was very nice to me, and answered what she could. But still many many questions were left unanswered and if you are the lady that was at the front desk that day when I left you need to seriously work on your costumer service skills , it wouldn't hurt to take a minute of your time to acknowledge your Customers. And if you aren't that woman I suggest a serious training be done for your employees . She literally looked at me for half a second and said "yea go dark" and looked away when I walked in. The same thing when I was on the way out , nothing was said to me, I tried to ask questions and got a very "I don't care , I'm annoyed" response. Clearly I'm not the only one that is disappointed with this place and I won't be the last. The end result was definitely not worth the price. I suggest instead of responding to clients reviews in a condescending way , maybe it be wise to actually work on your customer service and take into account what is being said as positive criticism to ensure a more positive experience for future clients.

This place is complete garbage. The quality is trash and so is the owner. Forget feeling comfortable when you walk in here. I would reccomend this place if you wanna get transformed into an orange. Don't be surprised when your boyfriend leaves you and all your friends make fun of you. In in response to your reply: wow it must be tiring to defend your disgusting customer service and overall unsatisfactory results in every single comment in the reviews section... wouldn't it be less of a hastle to have your business run by actual decent human beings? and not by blotchy orange bitter and spiteful women? (The young girl was nice: message to the young one: Quit before you turn into one of them) Like honestly who are you trying to fool? All the positive comments in this section are probably your friends on damage control. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND ITS OVER PRICED! WORST TANNING SALON EVER!

Beautiful decor, clean, very nice staff. I went for a pedicure and it was the most thorough pedi I ever got. I'm definitely going back!

I have been coming to La Vie En Bronze, for more than 3 years now. I use most of the services at the spa. I am always greeted with a smile. Everything is explained to me in great detail. The place is super clean, and friendly. I have always left more than satisfied. It's so nice to have everything in one place. It's too bad that one unhappy customer or two, need to put fake reviews so that they feel better about themselves. Since I have started coming to the spa, I feel like a brand new person, and have had so many people comment on how good I look. Thank you Magalie, and Brigitte, my face, hair and nails never looked better. Thank you Nancy for the personal touch that I can only find at your place.

The worst tanning salon ive never been .. rude ... and very pricy ... i ask for 14 min and one small cream 30$ ... forget all that i was inside the machine for 6 minutes and the machine was cold i guess it was warming up .. u have a timer inside the machine so u know exactly how many min u get ... after 6 min the machin start working and 5 min later the machin shout down .. i went in the front she didnt even wanna listen .. shes like i can show u a receipt .. the point is the machine was working for 5 min only ..very sad i wont ever go to that place they are rude and thieves.
