Innoderma Spa

I've read the review on here and also experience it myself. This was my first time at a SPA and I quite enjoyed it. I am not sure where these negative reviews are coming from but the staff was quite friendly. I didn't know on how much knowledge spa staff could have concerning different products and services they offered. I recommend this place to others looking to try out their first time at a SPA. Truly a great experience!!!

I recently came to Innoderma Spa. I was very pleased with the service I received. The staff was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I didn't expect to receive a world class service for a such a low price. I've experienced other spas that charge you hidden fees. For once, I found a spa that provides exceptional service for a great price. I would suggest everyone to try this place out and experience it yourself. #cantwaittogoback

I came to inno derma spa today , I had a very warm welcoming, great experience! I read comments on the review about 7 dollar charge this is not a charge they do I’m surprise people wrote this ,they offered excellent service very luxurious and relaxing ! I got an amazing deal on a coupon for what a I paid I can’t complain , amazing service ! 5 stars !!!!! I highly recommend this spa , thank you inno derma

I am very surprised of all the negative comments. Personnaly I have been to many spas and this one is the most beautiful and luxurious one. I have been coming here for the past seven years and never have I ever seen a high turnover of employees. The customers who wrote negative comments are most likley the ones who have never walked into a luxury spa.

From my experience this spa is very clean and elegant. The staff tries their best to attend to everyone services and they try their best to give the best service. I have left messages on their voicemail and although they do not have a secretary their staff is well organized and tries their best to reply to everyone's concerns and calls. When I noticed their lines were occupied, I would send them an email and they would reply immedaitely. Therefore from my experience I have no complaints and I do not see why people do not use the technology we have today at the tips of our fingers.
