I just went to get my eyebrows done & I am completely unsatisfied with their customer service. First of all, I respected the fact that they close at 6:00p.m & I arrived there at about 5:45p.m. They told me they were about to close & offered me to do my eyebrows quick... That made me a little uncomfortable but I trusted the lady & told her to do a good shape & not to mess it up. She told me that she never messes up. Then again, I trusted her. & finally she messed my eyebrows up. I’m very unsatisfied especially when my graduation picture is tomorrow. I waited 3 months for my eyebrows to grow back & she messed it over again. I’m happy I didn’t react as heavy as I wanted to. But please, next time, take your time. I’m not paying for nothing. Thanks.

Keep messing up even after I specify what I want. I keep going back and giving them another chance .. always come out disappointed. I think the girls need better training. I'll be on the look out for a new eyebrow threading place, in the mean time I'll wait for my brows to grow again.

My eyebrows are always uneven...I had one technician who was very good and helped me grow out my brows so she could shape them every month but she isn't there anymore and now my eyebrows are botched. I have bald spots, the two are different shapes. I had such beautiful thick brows and now they are always thin and the shape does not suit my face. I always ask for just a clean up no shaping so that I could grow out my hair but they rush and just take it all off again. They don't listen to what the client wants...I've learnt my lesson...not going there anymore.

Some just makes it too thin. Just keep reminding them not to do that.... which is silly

I'm writing this though my husbands account as I personally don't have a google account. My name is Angie and I happened to go to this specific location about 1 year ago, once! That's all it took, 1 time to see how unprofessional and rude the staff is and how they really don't know how to do their job! I don't know who works the cash but particularly that woman taking care of the money of this so called business, is untrained and barely spoke English or French.. I have sparse and blond eyebrows so in general my eyebrows don't need any shaping as there's not much to shape, all that's needed is just a little cleaning, so I was explaining this to the woman at the cash and basically she just brushed me off and made me wait for the technician! Once my turn came up, I explain the same to the technician which did not speak any English so already I was having a hard time explaining my self, to top it off she didn't listen to a word I said about my eyebrows and went on to almost making me coming out of the shop as if I had no eyebrows. To this day I'm still trying to grow my eyebrows out! That was the first and last time! Since then I've been going to Ongles Chomedey, which happened to provide excellent service, speak English and rescued my eyebrows!
