Wonderful wildlife refuge... Too much control by Ducks Unlimited. Should allow kayaks and canoes on the lake by June 1, not delay till August 1.

We had visit that place around mid august.Flowers and plants were nice but there were thousands of mosquitos, even sprays couldn't keep them away for a long time. We were able see a few beautiful butterflies... dont use the washrooms unless you have to use. Overall not so bad but also doesnt worth to drive from Toronto.

It is pure and I love these kind of nature. There is no facility there, so may not be suitable for many people.

Hard to enjoy wildlife when hunting is permitted in the area. Would love if this became a nature reserve
