Shopping experience is similar to any other store although I would expect a little bit more for the pricing. Hemming service on the other hand wasn't great, they made my pants much shorter then the marks were set for and they don't adjust the thickness basically ruining them. Good thing its free but if account for price of the cloth it can cost you $100+

Great selection and the customer service was top notch. Super friendly staff and had no issues getting my questions answered. One of the best Lulus I’ve been to.

I  ordered a sweater through the store because they didn’t have my size in store by the time I came home I realized they never even asked me for my unit number , so how Will this package be delivered to Me? I Have been trying to call the store all morning and no one picks up, very upsetting I hope I didn’t just waste my money as it’s not cheap stuff!you guys should really pick up Your phone!

Contrary to the brand's advertising, the quality of this product is very low and its products are completely damaged and worn out after one wash.  I bought a 500 dollar jacket from them and it was completely destroyed in one wash and the inner layer of this jacket was shot and ruined and only a thin fabric was left.  Of course, I hope that they will exchange it for me or refund it after visiting

Just returned a few items and I got store credit. The cashier was very friendly and it took less than 5 min. Great service 

This is the third time that this happens to me in this location and I’m tired of it. I buy something, I come home the alarm is not removed. I need to go back again and ask them to remove it. And three times is actually A LOT. Train your employees or I’m not shopping from this location again.

I was shopping first time Lululemon, I got gift card good to know. Also they explain what kind of leggings they have, when I was try on some leggings, they help me try to find my size but finally which is I would like to get it was sold out they do hemming of leggings. However, they are friendly and good customer service!

My mom lost her phone in this store on Friday December 17th and one employee a young guy went above and beyond to help her locate her phone. His customer service was exceptional and we so appreciated the time he took to help us! Thank you to this employee for being so kind and thoughtful.

The new spot is beautiful and the staff were amazing. I came in to exchange a pair of pants and the gentleman in the men's section was very helpful, making two trips to the back to search for my desired style and size. Check-out was speedy and the lady was so kind.  You typically find staff checked out for the day around closing time but not at Lulu, this team was on point and assisting customers well past closing time.
