I hate fur so there's a big fat strike right there. I never see anyone in this place working or otherwise and they're product range is limited and not very cohesive. Prices are high for what you get. Honestly I think the fur industry should be wiped out anyway so I would be more than happy to see this place gone.

Great store but they dont have return policy which is a big downside for shoppers looking for satisfaction and customer service.

be aware of fakes. they'll just say it's defective if you found something off. very eager to sell it off and refused to exchange it.
