Offers a great selection of professional sports team gear. Looking for Raptors or Leafs clothing or accessories? This is the place. There is even a kiosk here where you can order your own custom hockey jersey.
The online inventory makes it really convenient to know what shoe sizes are in stock before a customer visits the store. Employees were really helpful in making recommendations, notwithstanding a limited inventory for some of the popular shoe sizes/models. There was also a lot of hand sanitizers located throughout the store, but physical distancing in areas where people try shoes could be improved
Absolutely incredible shopping experience today at this Sport Chek!! A huge thank you to Yasmin and Wellington who made my visit absolutely incredible! Staff members Yasmin and Wellington went above and beyond today. They were so friendly and knowledgeable, I was blown away!! It's rare to find retail staff with the level of professionalism and kindness these two displayed! Typically, I avoid going to stores and buy things online to save time. However, I was interested in purchasing a Yeti Rambler and wanted to see the different sizes in person. I can honestly say interacting with these two wonderful staff members made my day! Thank you guys! I would highly recommend this location.
Went here a couple of days ago looking for a shoe in the morning, only to unfortunately not find what I was looking for. However, a guy at shoe department named Aaron was nice and patient enough to recommend me a shoe similar to what I was looking for, if not even better than what I originally intended. Will definitely come back and hope to see Aaron again, he's a real chill employee who definitely knows what he's talking about when it comes to product knowledge.
i would not recommend coming here at all. the customer service here is terrible, also their were 5 staff all standing around talking to each other, having conversations with each other and ignoring customers. instead of doing their jobs and tending to the customers, and asking them if they need help they are talking to each other . This store is garbage and the staff here and people who work here are even worse. they need to seriously hire better staff who actually make customers feel more welcomed and help them instead of standing around doing nothing talking to each other. so terrible that this is the kind of people this store hires i will never come back here at all. poor customeer service. all the staff clearly need to be retrained or they need to hire new ones because that is crazy that this is how they treat their customers. i had to leave due to their lack of care.
Kailla was very helpful and cheerful while she was cashing me out! She answered my questions with confidence and we cracked up some jokes which enhanced my shopping experience. Very friendly staff, I will definitely shop here more often.
A guy named ASH in the footwear section at this store is one of the worst employees a company can ever hire. If you ever visit there to get any footwear just avoid this guy as much as possible. I along with my friend were here at the store yesterday wherein he was very racist and too rude. I don't know where does that attitude comes from and why the store has still kept him even after this guy being pathetic and of no use. Also, the other staff was not very helpful as well and were mostly into their own. Overall the worst sportChek store in entire Toronto.
Cashier named BOLU was very rude, looks like it was bothering her to exchange the items I bought earlier. She tried to tell me something but I couldn’t really catch her but she said “ never mind“ while I said “sorry?”. All the time she behaved really rudely. Never gave a smile. Very bad customer service experience.
Customer service is lacking in the store here. Sebastian couldn't care less about customers, busy talking to other members of staff. We left without trying any additional sizes due to lack of care and interest from staff.
So many employees walking around and not a single one acknowledged me, or offered to help. Judging by the other reviews I’m not the only one to experience this. No bag at checkout, had to carry my purchase in hand.
