Too.pricey. Rarely go in there.

Clean and light shopping floor.  Shopping space is comfortable.  Employees are pretty nice and friendly.  Check out time is fast.  Credit cards accepted.  Located inside Metrotown shopping mall.  Apple Store is nearby.  Free mall parking available.  Public washrooms nearby.

Nice store, but super aggressive sales staff. Poor overall experience.

I like their dress, good quality and still fashion

I love kate spade but so disappoined in their customer service at their metrotown  Burnaby location! Worst customer service I’ve ever seen! I will never return to this shop & for sure there are much better high quality brand out there I can spend my money on!
